Head of Group Operations

Sheryl oversees operations for Impossible Pictures as well its group ventures Firestep and 360Production which includes responsibility for the finance department, business affairs, HR, IT, and the role of Company Secretary.

She joined Impossible Pictures in early 2004 after working with a range of producers from super indie Wall to Wall, format giant Action Time and science and educational producer Glasshead.

Sheryl’s role is crucial to the smooth running of the business and she approaches each of the operational functions with the same values as the creative teams, always driving the company forwards. Since joining Impossible she has built structures, implemented new systems and grown the internal resources we can offer to our productions.
